The New England State and Local Tax Forum is a non-profit organization that was organized to promote, encourage, assist and foster education in the area of state and local taxation and tax policy. The Forum was founded by Stan Arnold, former Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Revenue for 15 years. The Forum’s primary activity is to promote an annual conference to provide an update on significant state and local tax issues from across the country with a particular focus on New England.
